    Dear Dave,

We are in a similar situation. We are not-based in the UK but we are looking to bid for some contracts in the UK via our non-UK company. If we get a contract, one of us will be sent to the UK for more than 6 months while others will be working on the project from our home country. We would like to know what UK tax liabilities would be for that person working in the UK. Would be grateful for any information you can share. If you could also recommend a tax consultancy that can deal with this, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

I was wondering if it is at all possible to engage an agent to contract with my NZ based company, rather than going through all the red tape of creating a UK one for a few months, especially since my wife and kids and expenses are all back in NZ, and I am guessing I would not be given a tax allowance for them not being in the UK and all.

Does anyone know if that is compliant with regulation and possible please?
      Thanks,
      Dave
If your wife and kids are in NZ I would find something closer to home.
