The last time I was proposed a contract in Norway I quoted €100 per hour which is higher than my swiss rate at 850- 900 CHF.
What would be an equivalent rate for other Nordic countries?

Depends on country, location in that country, tax regime and how long you actually work in that country.

Norway and Denmark you have to be taxed in the country from day 1. Sweden and Finland will basically ignore you for 182 days but expect you to be honest so if you are spending more than 6 months you need to pay tax from day 1 or be prepared to cough up all the tax later......

I always pay tax in the country from day 1 from a Belgian tax perspective. When I work in the UK I always use an umbrella as a UK company wouldn't work for me as Belgian tax resident.

All countries have a progressive tax rate so for me the longer the contract the higher the rate.
All I am trying to find out is what is the equivalent of earning say £500 a day in London after tax in Scandinavia. In Norway it's about 500 times 1.25 = 625.
