Hi,
I'm interested to understand how many people doing non-technical roles (Project Management, Product Management, Strategy, Business Analysis) work on a fixed price / retained basis?
For the last couple of years I've always worked on a day rate basis (i.e. I bill for the days worked) for one client at a time, but have a couple of opportunities lining up that would be more along the lines of £x per week, on the basis of 3 'notional' days (for two separate clients).
Keen to get people thoughts (and pitfalls) on this different way of structuring commercials.
Cheers,
