Is it only for black pupils?
How fortunate for governments that the people they administer don't think

How do you know the school is genuine ?

eg. I could register as an administrator at a small private (fake) school and introduce a number of 'pupils'.

By the way, there is a charge for test consultancy.

Anyone can registar as the admin - but they do send details of the registration through to the schools for verification - it depends how robust this process is in being enforced

£7.50 @ year/pupil for a site that you cannot access porn is not going to go down too well in the schools

Yes, but what about if you have your own 'school' ?

Administrators are posted logon credentials to their school.
after Schools Only has verified the school by checking thier details actually exist (LEA, etc).

Even if you did manage to fake a school, what would be the purpose. You'd have a web site for fake school full of fake pupil's? What would anyone do with this?

Genuine pupils are gonna want to register with their school so they can communicate with friends.

              Thanks for the comments.

Don't RM (who have a virtual monopoly on school IT in England) offer a communications portal on their education intranet thingy?

                Older and ...well, just older!!

Question : can pupils only communicate with other pupils and staff at the same school ?

Yes. Each school has their own URL.
