No, the entire fundraising effort is a satire. If you actually read it you would realise that all the funds raised are actually going to the Trussell Foundation, who operate food banks across the UK.

Goes from bad to worse. Spending £500,000 on a couple of bongs is pretty stupid, but getting 650 MPs to spend a day debating it simply adds another layer of madness to it. Haven't they got anything better to do?
