What it could come down to is the UK taxpayer subsidising the building of one of Johnson's vanity projects for 2 countries that may well not be in the Union when it is completed.“Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.”Comment
