The only parliament in the UK to be open for business next month?

Is a Scottish one. Come on Scotland, with Westminster closed for business we'd represent the entire country and the only ones answering the doorbell. In Boris's absence Nicola could revoke A50.

Unlike Boris she has a majority vote. By the public I might add.

Is that the same kind of majority that voted to remain part of the UK and the same type of majority that voted to leave the EU?

Just asking as I'd like to clarify your understanding of the word "majority".

There is another parliament sitting with representatives from the UK, in Brussels and Strasbourg those democratically elected, not so faceless MEPs just continue to work.
