    The Withdrawal Agreement explained

The problem with the withdrawal agreement is that pulling out may not stop a girl getting pregnant.

    Should one stay or go?
If one goes, there will be trouble
And if one stays it will be double.

    Therefore one should go.

He’s Flemish, you got the “swivel-eyed” right....

On a more serious note, this is hardly “confronting”. He stood at the dais and made a speech, which was listened to respectfully without interjection. Seems democratic to me, and a lot less childish than our own Parliament.

I know he's Flemish, but one doesn't have to be British to be supportive of, or sympathetic to, Brexit.
I would hazard a guess that the only reason Juncker didn't interject is that the speech was made after lunch...

I would hazard a guess that the only reason Juncker didn't interject is that the speech he was listening to from his translator was actually a book from Audible.was made after lunch...
