You do realise that once we leave, and cause disruption in the EU, they will be even less likely to give us a good deal? You think they are being difficult now (which they are not, but that's not the narrative you lot like to peddle), then just wait until we leave with no deal and go back with our begging bowl.

I never said it was a good deal. I said I could accept the deal as it met the result of the ref.

Nope, not suggesting the 400 who voted against the deal want to prevent brexit. If you think that you're as think as you come across, given the deal was voted against by both remainers and leavers; are you suggesting Reese-Mogg and his chums are closet remainers trying the thwart Brexit?

Try thinking before you type. Also try to keep your argument consistent; you're confusing yourself.
On numerous occasions we were told that there was nothing more to negotiate, the deal on the table is the best we're going to get, take it or leave it. Well guess what, it's a bad deal, over 400 of our elected representatives have recognised that fact and voted accordingly.

I still say we should leave without a deal and negotiate after 29th March.

Triggering Article 50 gets us out, with or without a "deal".

It does, but that ain't gonna happen.
We're more likely to remain than leave with no deal now.

Any thoughts on what the new deal would contain?

              what new deal?
At the moment there's one, and it's dead.

Or do you mean what Theresa May does next? I have no idea.

Given that we are leaving and given that your post says "We're more likely to remain than leave with no deal now." does that not infer that there would have to be a new deal?

Hence my question, what is the new deal likely to contain?

Marina Hyde on fire as usual.

As for the more provisional wing of the People’s Vote, we no longer need to computer-model the answer to the question: what would happen if you gave everyone on Henman Hill crystal meth?

I don't know. It depends on what Theresa May does next. It's likely to be a softer Brexit if she wants to get it agreed, but I'm not sure she does any more. I have no idea what she wants.

If parliament take over I reckon there'll be another referendum with remain or May's deal. But I'm not totally sure that's just the most likely.

If there's a GE, and Corbyn wins, then his deal will likely be a Norway/Swiss style.

At least I know when I don't know.

At roughly 19:05 today, she’ll start a process that leads to her caving on a CU, which will precipitate a historic split in the Tories, at which point a GE is inevitable (perhaps not immediately, but when she cannot get anything else through Parliament). Maybe.
