Looks like there will be one more position available soon: Standard Chartered investigating banker over involvement in far-right 'ethno-cultural preservation' group | City A.M.“Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.” -
Maybe we should bring some back:Originally posted by PurpleGorilla View PostAre you JRM?
I can think of plenty of words from the Victorian era who’s meaning today has changed.
Fifteen puzzle describes the government's working on Brexit
Make a stuffed bird laugh is anything Boris says
Half rats is David Davis
Podsnappery refers to JRM
Skilamalink is the Dexeu reporting
Cockalorum is John Bercow
Consider yourself to be beef-witted“Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.”Comment

Indeed such a horrible personOriginally posted by darmstadt View PostLooks like there will be one more position available soon: Standard Chartered investigating banker over involvement in far-right 'ethno-cultural preservation' group | City A.M.
"UK branch of Generation Identity, a group which aims to “preserve our peoples’ ethno-cultural identity” and calls for the “humane repatriation of anyone who has entered our countries illegally”."
That wants to
a) protect our culture (is there something wrong with that?)
b) Help illegal immigrants go home
I think the most disgusting thing about this is that as a white male he feels he has a right to actually have a standpoint and defend it logically.
An absolute outrage which must have the gammon already steaming.Comment

Brexiters seem to live in this weird world where they glorify WWII and the fight against the Nazis, but also tolerate the rise in right-wing extremism in their own country now.Comment

And every argument on the internet ends up with someone calling some else hitler for expressing an opinion.Originally posted by meridian View PostUse all the weasel words you like, but a Nazi is still a Nazi.

I really do suggest that you look a little bit deeper into 'Generation Identity' before you stick up for them and associate with them. Nick Griffin, Tommy Robinson, Anne-Marie Walters and so on are all associated with them...Originally posted by original PM View PostIndeed such a horrible person

1) the night of a thousands knives - that's one way to remove any political opposition
2) Killed millions for no reason other than they were told these people were subhuman
I dunno but saying you want to
1) retain the culture of the country you live in
2) help people who for whatever reason have washed up on our shores illegally get home
is not really in the same boat is it?
But sadly it seems Nazi is now the word applied to anyone who actually quite likes the UK and its' quant little ways and idiosyncrasies .Comment

Illegally? Try reading their manifesto. It’s a white supremacist organisation, born out of other alt-right organisations.Originally posted by original PM View PostYes although if you look the Nazi's did things like

Calling them Nazis is accurate. You’re just a common-or-garden variety.Comment
