Wrong. Nobody was "promised" anything. But keep believing that if it helps you with your delusions.

The devolved Scottish Parliament does not, and never has had, any mandate to veto this type of decision.

That is just the way it is I'm afraid.

You just need to start dealing with the realities of the matter if you are ever to bring your hysterics under control.

Westminster can still impose the legislation, but politically in Scotland this might make things difficult for the Tories there. Not that Westminster will care....
