Tory Brexit No Deal DOOM™: London has Fallen!

The five London boroughs where house prices have fallen the most

London house prices have fallen because they were pie in the sky, and interest rates are going up, notably in the US where the US 10yr yield has a profound impact globally.

Either way, it's a good thing. They're still pie in the sky.

    Next stop, Brum.

      Burn the witch!

Plus this isn't an official thread, so I don't care.

Since December, for the first time since 1994 I don't own a single property in the UK

I hope this presages the mother of all crashes.
        Hard Brexit now!

On the upside, you won't be in the UK.

What are the boroughs? Do they include Kensington & Chelsea?

(I just want to gloat about selling my place at the top of the market )

I might be back if the crash is big enough to enable me to buy a large feck off penthouse overlooking the Thames
Brexit is a scam to make people of my class even richer after all, at the expense of the plebs

                  You have class?

                  You hide it exceptionally well.

Russians pulling out their dirty money.

That means 28 per cent of house price growth over that period (1994 to 2014) could have been down to overseas investment – much of it through anonymous shell companies registered in secretive tax havens.
Frontmen for anonymous foreign firms that invest in British property will face up to two years in prison and unlimited fines if the true beneficial owners of the property are not named on a public register, under plans revealed last week.
This is why prices in London and other big cities are collapsing.
