    You know its annoying that the government has been pretty merciless and cut throat towards the users of these schemes - with retro APNs, Follower Notices and the current aggressive stance towards EBTs etc.. But there is nothing at all to punish the same directors that keep popping up with new companies, peddling this sh*t..

    yes - caveat emptor - if your foolish enough to take the risks, then you have to accept when the taxman comes calling.. but surely some sort of punitive measures against companies of this kind (and their directors) would kill this industry dead? (similar to Agents being legally on the hook for PAYE/NIs for False Self Employed)..
