Would you care to elaborate? What do you mean by "default will"? We had quite a detailed meeting with our specialist will writer and went over probably everything we could think of.
I think you should have covered everything tuat is appropriate. The main questions are related to iht. Also ownershipof assets. It becomes about the second death. There are alsl things you should potentially do with life insurance. Eg will trusts and discretionary trusts for tje benefot. Do it right and then it is never part of your estate. Straight to beneficiary. No iht implications on your estate. Whether you want to be joint tenants or tenants in commom in property can be important depending on what you want to achieve. Property in this context doesnt mean bricks and mortar bjt everything you own.

where you are in life, ad wher yourheirs are can influence whats best.

It depends on your heirs needss at the time of inheritance.

It is likely you should review things when children come along. When they reach significant milestones etc.

you can alleviate any of these potential worries by leaving it all to me.
