    Then pay dividends after that for each class of share.

    Simple, but they won't get an NI stamp unless they pay £5668 or more.

    If each person is going to contribute over £5668 a year, then I would pay £5668 each and then you even out the additional payments by dividend. If each person isn't going to contribute that, then it's not really worthwhile as a Ltd.
