It's not a business premises, it's your house. You can claim £3/week for use of your home office though.

As ever it's a about as clear as an opaque thing. One could always consider this guidance. Specific deductions: use of home: specific expenses

Though this does open up additional cans of worms such as potential loss or restriction of PPR relief. Business rates. Breaching conditions of mortgages etc.
