    Thank goodness UKContractorAccountant can offer

    ✓ Tax-efficient Structures.
Retain up to 90% of your contract income with our tax structures designed to minimise your overall tax liabilities.

Presumably such a scheme removes any IR35 concerns.

    Where do I sign?

They are a long way from collecting anything from most of the ebt schemes. Only time will tell if they are able to recover any of the lost £2Bn+

You're right though that the schemes do serve HMRC well. They keep a lot of civil servants in jobs!

Perhaps the OP can explain how his 'tax structures' work?

No scheme removes IR35 concerns - we can only do the best with what is put in front off us to work with. Does not matter what you have in your 'contract' right of substitution clause or not, HMRC will always look at how your contract operates in practice should your company be selected for review.

That doesn't really explain your 'take home 90%' quote

Negotiate a daily rate of £50 or less is one way to do it.

                Lisa's does.

EBT type schemes claim to be IR35 safe because you're not taking dividends.

I assumed your 90% scheme used some sort of artificial structure to take home more money and give the taxman less. If that's not the case, how do you achieve 90% take home?
