    offshore foreign management company

    Hi,

I am about to start work in germany and want to go with the offshore management company route. I believe this is the most tax efficient way of contracting in Germany,

Can anyone give me any suggestions as to which agency i should go for. i can't seem to find any that do this stuff.

Also, does anyone know the % return of say 100k?

    Thanks in advance.

I have PM ed you an email contact for a guy I have used for years.

    Pearl Systems
He will do you a breakdown.

JSA International run one from UK. UK law makes them difficult.
Project Services Beta are pretty good but insist on witholding tax.
I think there is a firm called Octagon.
There are others if you google.

They are all as slippery as each other but the women who do the invoices and stuff at Pearl are magnificent.
I am not qualified to give the above advice!

The original point and click interface by
    Smith and Wesson.

Step back, have a think and adjust my own own attitude from time to time

Out of interest how good does your German need to be to get a contract in Germany. Im suspecting that it will need to be significantly better than my own (pretty none existant) but just in case...
