    Oh dear: P4 in trouble

This is on General but after due consideration that was a stupid place to put it
One of the contractors working here at the moment got a bit of a raw deal from Prosperity 4 (nothing unusual there then) and got a bit miffed about it. What followed was a rather cross email to the IR. Reply came back today and I thought it may be of interest to the panel:

Thank you for your e-mail of 20 July 2006.

I would say that the activities and claims of Prosperity 4 are being looked at by a specialist unit tasked to investigate umbrella and composite companies. Unfortunately such matters can be an extremely long process depending on the level of assistance provided to the Revenue regarding the availability of records and the size of the task involved.

I would say that hopefully new legislation which is intended to be introduced in the future may reduce the claims and activities of this company.

I regret that I cannot provide you with any specific information as all matters such as these are confidential.

    Conflict of Interest

Seems to me that John Galt works for Contractor Umbrella/ SJD, a competitor of P4?

Pity this thread isn't originated from someone who doesn't have a conflict of interest.

Contractor UK - you should be ashamed

Seems to me you work for P4. Can you say hypocrisy?

Go back to your slimy company. I think you missed a bit of hair with your hair gel today.

I certainly wouldn't have someone working for me that has time to put 500 posts up here!!!!

Your activities are decreasing the value of Contractor UK, clearly not independent and most certainly not objective,

When I complained about the service I got from ContractorUmbrella the thread was removed!

You're astroturfing for P4. Why don't you just feck off back to your hobbit hole? It ain't gonna wash over here. Everyone who's done their research on here (and other forums) knows they're a bunch of cowboys and shouldn't be touched with someone else's bargepole...

Posts get removed from forums for a number of reasons. Could it possibly be that your comments were defamatory? Were you blatently advertising for someone else or were you being plain rude?
Read the terms and conditions and check you were not breaking the rules.
If you are sure then post a complaint.

If you had a genuine problem then I and others would like to hear about it. We recommend a number of services on here based on the experience of ourselves and others. Your experience is just as relevant to us.

If you are (as I suspect) just a troll or working for the competition then please do us all a favour and FOAD.
I am not qualified to give the above advice!
