    Cheers Lisa, anything of interest? All seemed pretty bland to me. Nice to hear they are swamped with paperwork though Also what was the line about not asking about the outcome of the business entity tests? They caused such a stink when they were released and HMRC can't even be arsed to ask about them when making enquiries?

      Just an hmrc talking shop.

      Its a disgrace pcg, kate cotrell and other contractor bodies are giving this joke forum garvitas by appearing on it given the ignorance hmrc has shown to other views.

        Couldn't see much in it tbh - HMR&C manage to use lots of words but seem to say very little

            Fair point I do retain a naive hope that one day we will get something firm and decisive from HMR&C rather than grey and woolly but I fear those days are gone
