Accounts to Cos Hse - 9 months after year end (NB slightly earlier for first year or if you've changed year end). This is easily visible from Companies House webcheck service.

CT return to HMRC - 12 months after year end (again with some exceptions for funny "years")...though the corporation tax liability is due 9 months and 1 day after the year end (same caveat).

Your accountant probably meant 2014 and was just a typo.
