You are registered as an employee with Bedouin when you commence using their service

In which case they must be using some other "dodge" to get around the Dec 2010 disguised remuneration legislation.

Yep, bit disconcerting what they are using to be honest but I'll be off it in a fortnight and will need to see if there are any repercussions from HMRC. Unless on the off chance Bedouin actually do what they say when they claim "provision of tax-efficient remuneration services for consultants, contractors, interims and freelancers"...........................

The disguised renumeration legislation is full of exclusions that any scheme could follow. About as water tight as a sieve..

IMO it's high risk exploiting loopholes in anti-avoidance legislation.

It's red rag to a bull and open to the old "retrospective clarification" ala BN66.

I think the latest "get around" is to register the contractor as self-employed and then the Trust loans the money back to a Self-employed individual (not an employee!)

This is what the website quotes: You will work through Bedouin as an employee; you sign a contract of employment with us.

You signed up to something important like this and you don't understand how it works? Honestly?

I pasted a quote as one of the previous posts stated you would potentially be self employed, a bit of clarification

So if you are an employee and they operate a trust scheme one must logically assume that they are operating an employee benefit trust
