150km (30%) rule in Netherlands

Hi all,

Quick question for those familiar with the 30%/150km ruling for expats in Holland.

I have just been offered a 6 month contract in Holland. I'm an Irish national, been living/contracting in Cologne/Germany the last 4 years. However I have a property (and household bills etc) in Dublin, which I regularly travel to.

Anyway, since Cologne is inside the 150km radius ruling could I instead use Dublin as my last place of residence before applying for the 30% grant?
