    Good freelance contract template

    Hello

Due to the company I'm contracted to running out of money for contractors, my current contract has been terminated and I'm going to do some work for them on a service provider basis (yeh, long as I'm not an official contractor they can find some cash to pay me!).

I know all the ins and outs that should be in the service provider contract, but just wonder if anyone has a link to a good template that saves me from cutting and pasting from various sources. The company I will be working for will run it past their own legal dept so at least I'll know it's generally ok.

It's only about 3 weeks work but it's all good as could do with some time off from training and travelling anyway!

    Thanks in advance.
