And if you're sharing with someone called Darren, make sure you follow hospital advice on accounting matters.Originally posted by northernladuk View PostForget all the advice already given and take mine. Don't bend down for the soap.Comment

Podgy,
1) It's your company and your responsibility. Do what you want.
2) You may be right. It's HMIT you will be arguing with.
3) You probably won't get caught even if wrong.
4) The worst that can happen is you start with an ahole the size of a nickel and end with one the size of a silver dollar. It's only 95 cents anyway.
Good luck, whatever you choose.Comment

I am wondering if there is a dodgy scheme in here. Every month, your 'employer' doesn't pay you and you start legal proceedings. They settle out of court and you don't pay tax on it.Originally posted by northernladuk View PostI think someones free play credit has ended.
I am sure we can find a compliant QC.Comment

Yeah, go for it. Better still pay a QC a fortune to look at it and nod a lot then sell it to others as a "100% ContractorUK approved" tax avoidance scheme.Originally posted by Podgy View PostYeaaa - I dont know why its so wrong - and who'd know.
