Pension payment into existing Personal Pension (created by leaving Group Scheme)

    Hi,

I am interested to find out if it is possible to pay an adhoc (single) payment into a personal pension I have from previous permanent employ, I am a new limited company and as yet not made any payments into a pension

also I dont want to pay an IFA initial or FBRC contributions as the plan I wish
to use already has existing payments and is setup

just wondering if anyone else has been through this

any help would be gratefully received

    kind regards

Generally yes, but it depends on the scheme. They can tell you. Also in general you would want to be making an employer contribution, though there are circumstance where personal contributions can be marginally more effective.
