    Pre package administration

    Hi All,
Looking for some advice re companies in administration.
The company I was contracting to have gone into administration owing me 2 months money plus expenses.

It looks like the 2 directors have used Pre Packaged Administration and are still trading with some of the employees.

Has anyone been in a similar situation and what are my chances of getting my money?
Any other legal advice/options greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Dave

Probably not, loads of failed companies use this to escape their taxes and other liabilities and re-start with little debt.

It is supposed to help struggling businesses, but it seems to be used by companies to clear their debts and gain competitive advantage.
"The budget should be balanced, the Treasury should be refilled, public debt should be reduced, the arrogance of officialdom should be tempered and controlled, and the assistance to foreign lands should be curtailed lest Rome become bankrupt. People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance." Cicero
