            If any body who knows what they are doing, can write & forward a clear & concise article on retrospective taxation, I may be able to persuade a few papers to publish it.

            I wasn't aware that somebody has taken his/her own life.....

                      I assure you you are not on your own, nor will you be going down on your own.
