In all seriousness, didn't Donkey Rhubarb mention that one chap in a BN66 scheme died before 2008 - his estate was distributed to his beneficiaries who spent/invested the money over the years long before s58 was even conceived.

HMRC are now chasing them years later for the BN66 cash
