Thanks for the replies everyone, I'm going to speak to my accountant first thing and ask if he can fill this out for me (if needed).(I'll ask for a copy too)
I haven't received anything from HMRC, and I'm assuming the accountant would let me know if he got anything.
He is registered as my accountant with HMRC ( I remember filling out the forms for that) so I'm thinking HMRC should already know if I should be filling one out or not.
I'm just wondering now if there is anything else I should know about which I should be doing ! I'm going to try and get my head around some more responsiblities of being a director, I kind of left most things to accountant and just concentrated on bringing some work in, thinking it was all sorted.
My wife isn't a director, but an employee and shareholder (class b shares I think)
