Renting a room from family

Not going for full rate, just gonna be something like £25 each night I am there.

Yeah, it used to be something like £25/night for staying with "friends and family" plus £5 for incidentals. I think HMRC stopped allowing it in their dispensations because too many employees were using it as a nice little tax dodge. Lots of companies still have the dispensation though.

And there's no VAT on rent by the way....
