is the only way to get to the bottom of this to pay Experian £99?

I thought that credit agencies had to provide you with the data they hold on you for £2? Or is that just for individuals?

I'd love to but I only get Vodafone reception at home, which is where I'm likely to be when customer calls for support.

Have a look at using UMA with Orange. Might help to have another option.
