£650 an hour!!! ummm ..no thanks! Gonna get some free advise from Business Link & only need solicitor for the day - if that! Judging by the research I've done they're not operating in line with Agency Regulations & gaining an unfair competitive advantage by doing so - & I can report them to the Inspectorate - really cant see it going to court once I've submitted my arguments!Comment

Save a lot of effort, if you can prove they've broken AWR, there is a statutory £5000 fine imposed per incident. Have a dig around the BIS website.

You state that you didn't opt in or out. The default is that if you didn't opt out before you were introduced or supplied, you ARE opted in. If you haven't yet come across that nugget in your research, what chance have you with the rest of it?
You appear to be mixing up many legislations, some statutory, some not, with a civil case, I've listed a few. Additionally, you may be able to use ISO-pickanumberyoulikehere to threaten them with but it will have no basis in fact in court. The court will not care if they claim to implement ITIL or use the proper Airfix model instructions. If it's not a legal point it will not be admissible.

Remedies for infringement of some of those are available through three distinct government departments. Whether or not you should be pursuing your case with all is debatable. What is clear though, is that there will be a 'reasonable time' element to any claim or case that you may have and you may not be able to turn to one remedy only because another has failed.
None of your posts have been lucid enough to present on a forum let alone in court. I do hope that your grammar, punctuation are improved significantly otherwise you will be on a hiding to nothing. The misplacement or mispelling of a single word can make or break a case. You should be aware that this alone may have been enough to can you from the role if it was the standard you applied in a professional setting.
One most important piece of advice though is the old adage that 'The man who represents himself in court has a fool for a client'

I Support the Client
Based on your ramblings I suspect the client told you to complete a project and you just ignored and went off and done your own thing leaving the Client the cost to replace you, if I was the client I would Sue you you for wasted time. Make sure your IE is up to date.Comment

Do you really have a case?
On the surface you seem to have a case because you said that the agency didn't supply you with information that it was really the client who initiated the termination. But if it was really the client who initiated the termination, you don't have a case. And on the day when you packed your stuff and walked out of the client's office, did your boss asked why you (as a valuable staff to him/her) walked out? Did he/she try to keep you? Did you ask why you were terminated? To me it looks like that the client was at least the consenting party. So you don't really have a case.Comment
