    Not vat registered

    Simple question really....

If I'm not vat registered but am a limited company is it acceptable for my (laughable) agent too invoice
my rate +markup +Vat to the end company?

Does my agent have to disclose my charge rate?

I need a better paying job.....
    Thanks

Yes. If your agent runs a VAT registered recruitment agency then he has to. If his agency is not VAT registered then he can't.
