Hi
Sorry but i dont work for ICS. I am a contractor who is currently using an umbrella company. I am looking to change this and therefore is looking for different companies offering different services. I came across ICS on this website but after emailing them for details, I found out that they are using EBT scheme. Thats why i posted this message to find out what views does people have in regards to them. There are other companies like Winstoni Finance, DMS, Paysheme + offering similar kind of service. I am just trying to figure out how safe it is to use this services

Usual answer (try searching the threads).

Most (not all) of us here recomend your own Ltd. and accountant.
Even if you are IR35 caught. None of these schemes offer anything other than less hassle but all leave you exposed should it turn out they did something wrong.

FYI, I did search and had a look at the forum before i posted this. Is there a rule that you cannot ask a question, if (After searching the forum) someone thinks that they would still like to ask a question just to be clear about this? If so that i am sorry to say that this is a very narrow minded forum where old timers like crack a whip for no reason or without giving others the benfit of doubt
