I am a UK Domiciled contractor currently working through a Ltd Co with 1st Contact and was thinking of using DMS (www.dms-london.co.uk). I find using a Ltd Co a real pain as the process is so convoluted and the benefits are not clear due to the varying types of tax paid and commissions charged by management co’s.
Has anyone used DMS and would you recommend them?
If you know DMS in your opinion will the benefits of this type of set-up better a Ltd Co?
I understand from other contractors I work with that as these type of management companies go they are a relatively safe bet due to their policy of being totally open and actively communicating with HMRC, but how at risk will I be with DMS?
