I completely forgot about the judgement until this morning, which is a good thing

I can't help but be pessimistic about the outcome. If we do win, it will be a pleasant surprise.
But it's a sunny day, let's hope for a sunny decision.

Don't forget, we've got 2 rulings today. Ours and PwC. So lets be sure that we consider both. And remember, the ruling is one thing, the wording is another. So whatever the result, we'll need to consider what the LJ's actually say.
