This is not civil unrest. This is not blackmail. This is as transparent and as legal as all our SAR's where over 7 years.

And if you're suggesting that any of Her Majesty's subjects cannot raise a question or allegation that the State may have been unjust in the treatment of her Subjects without fear that you're packed off to the US part of Cuba then think again. Of course, liable claims and the like should not be allowed. That's something for the mods to check on. But your Avatar says it all really.
