My questions would be:
1. Darren, why have you not made any public comment regarding these allegations, you appear to have been online today, seems strange you have not made a comment?
2. According to the ACCA website, you no longer hold a practising certificate
3. <admin>removed case specifics</admin>
4. Even if Darren does not post on here, if I was a client I would be demanding a full explanation tomorrow.Last edited by administrator; 7 April 2011, 09:54. Reason: certificates can be withdrawn or voluntarily given up - please stick to the facts: specifics removed"The budget should be balanced, the Treasury should be refilled, public debt should be reduced, the arrogance of officialdom should be tempered and controlled, and the assistance to foreign lands should be curtailed lest Rome become bankrupt. People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance." CiceroComment

I was with Upton for well over 6 months - I left them in December as something did not smell right and Darren never bothered replying to my emailsOriginally posted by Waldorf View PostMy questions would be:

I actually posted on here at the time
We still have not had a proper explanation about what the h*ll Upton was doing getting involved in a currency scheme - I ve asked before and the answer was 'Its going through court so cant say'
I personally would stay WELL away from Upton prontoComment

If anyone knows any professional bodies that Darren is associated with please PM me - I actually made a formal complaint to Upton and guess what (I heard nothing back)Originally posted by DeludedAussie View PostI was with Upton for well over 6 months - I left them in December as something did not smell right and Darren never bothered replying to my emails

As per blacjac's edit post above please do not post specifics about the nature of the investigation on here.
We are all aware that there is a police investigation ongoing and that is all we would like to put on here at present.
Please do not post specifics of the alleged offences.
Many Thanks,

Not everyone apparently. From post 16 of this thread:Originally posted by administrator View PostWe are all aware that there is a police investigation ongoing and that is all we would like to put on here at present.
I was told about this at work this aft, so emailed Darren direct to ask him.
He replied that it was 'total rubbish' and that his lawyers were looking into it.Older and ...well, just older!!Comment
