Paying Mileage To A Non Employee

Can you pay expenses to someone who is not employed for my Ltd if they are doing work for me?

I want my account deleted and all of my information removed, I want to invoke my right to be forgotten.

why not, when they invoice you tell them to add an extra line for the mileage at the agreed rate (can be any rate, this has nothing to do with .25/.40 rates when a company reimburses its own employees for travel):

    configuring mac £900
travel from b'ham to london £100
    subtotal £1000
    vat £200
    total £1200

If it's agreed in the contract between you and they invoice for it yes.
