Where to start?? been using umbrella but now want to go LTD

Talk to a few of the specialist contractor accountants about your specific circumstances re IR35. I am sure any of them would be prepared to provide a free IR35 review of your contract.

I am with Intouch Accounting and for £75 a month they provide me a really good service. Ask for Craig.

I work for one so I am bias but....

It is always worth speaking to a specialist contractor accountant.

Costs will vary so the important thing is to work out exactly what level of support you need and compare like for like.

Go speak to a local accountant. Mine does £600+vat a year and has the benefit that she's 2 mins walk down the road should I need to sort anything out.

I have ~3 invoices in a month and ~4 out with payroll I do myself. Even by her own admission I'm not a complex set of accounts.
