still waiting for payment from agency-legal????

    still waiting for payment from agency-legal????

    I have have recently finished a contract two weeks ago and im still waiting for correct paymment from the agency.my umbrella have told me that the agency havent set me up correctly so they cant issue any funds until they send all invoices etc.however the agency are dragging there heels and its just dragging out. who can i complain to and or what legal action can i take?
