Telephone call from ISS on behalf of HMRC

Got a call this morning from ISS who said they were conducting a survey on behalf of HMRC, to gauge the support small businesses were getting from HMRC (or something). 3-4 basic questions on the nature of my limited company and when it was established etc - I didn't remember the date of establishment so the questions didn't go any further.

Anyone has any idea about what this is about? Anyone got a similar call?

We had a similar letter from IFF Research saying they would call us to discuss our views on their support for business. No call yet, but when they do I'll be happy to tell Hector what they are doing wrong and how they make our lives as agents more difficult!

Surely thay could look it up on the companies house website? sounds a bit dodgy to me.
