    Sub-Contract Agreement

    Dear Friends

I am looking for a sub-contract agreement, I particularly need to prevent the sub contractor going direct to my client.

Does anyone have such a document I could use/adapt?

    Thanks
    Richard

Try the PCG, they have a range of contracts that you could adapt. Some are free, some you would need to subscribe to the PCG in order to download.

You would need to adapt the ones there. The Service Provider-Agency agreement will include terms regarding the protection of agencies business that should help.

Louise? I'm used to Claire, but Louise?
