    The IRS Targets Income Tricks

    So while the likes of Steve Jobs and Sergey Brin get to pay themselves $1 and the rest in dividends, the taxman is after the average guy. I'd say paying oneself $24000 in salary really ought to be enough and looks like US is a poor place to do business these days...

    Payroll taxes in the US are very similar to employer's NICs. Sounds like IR35 rules
