paternity leave

Hi,

I'm director of my own ltd company, and would like to know what I am entitled to etc
for paternity leave.

Any sensible advice about this matter much appreciated.

Yes you should be entitled to it, depends on various things such as length of employment etc, your accountant should be able to deal with this for you and supply the form necessary to claim through your payroll.
