Can anybody recommend a good one, preferably in London? I might need to update my standard contract for a new client, and need to make sure I'm not giving away all my IP, signing away my substitution rights, and little things like that. (I'll be using an IR35-advisor too, to handle that side of things).

Haven't done what you're doing, but after getting annoyed speaking to several fresh-out-of-uni oiks who claim to know contract law, I decided to spend some real money and I found Egos. I dealt with Roger, and he was very personal and professional dealing with a contract dispute I once had. I had sent the contract, all associated correspondance etc and he had absorbed everything within a few hours. Was such a relief to deal with somebody like that in a moment of need.Originally posted by thunderlizard View PostCan anybody recommend a good one, preferably in London? Looking at their website they deal with Intellectual Property and IR35. -
Thanks - & I'm sure I've read a couple of his articles in the past, so happy to put a bit of work his way if it comes to it.Comment
