Putting money in ISA: Saves Corp tax?

Was just wondering if paying out an amount of money into the company director's personal ISA would save on the tax that would have to be paid on it if it was paid out as a dividend? (Standard one-man limited company setup...)

No it absolutely wouldn't. ISAs mean you don't pay tax on the interest. They don't say anything about the capital.

You still have to pay tax on the money when it's paid to an individual according to whichever route is used (dividend/salary/bonus). The fact the the individual ultimately wants to buy an ISA with the money isn/t relevant

By the way, the shareholders get the dividends, not the directors.

I think I'll empty the business account into a personal ISA. I'm sure Hector won't mind.
