Request for money back advice
Hi
Had an agent/accountant but decided to part company and do it myself. However they had been debiting my account each week and holding the money in readiness to pay VAT etc. anyway they still have around £400 and seem reluctant to pay it back, over 3 months now, tried letters and phone calls but to no avail.
What would be the best way of getting them to pay up?
