Company purchases - personal or company card?

Ideally I should buy items like PCs through my commpany bank account/card, however I only have a Visa Electron card which isn't accepted at some places.

In the eys of HMRC, is it acceptable to purchase assets through my own credit card and do the receipt/refund transaction with the company or do I have to do this through a company bank card?

      WHS

This is what I do as I don't make many company purchases and hence couldn't be bothered to apply for a company credit card.

However, there have been a couple of occasions, for convenience, I wished I had one.

(The other bonus is that I can personally benefit from reward points (nectar) by using my personal credit card).
